Responsibilities
- Provide expert tax preparation, planning, and compliance services for care-based businesses.
- Review and certify monthly and annual financial statements prepared by our bookkeeping team.
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements, best practices, and financial strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine financial processes and tools.
- Support audit preparation and respond to regulatory inquiries as needed.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- Active CPA license and 4+ years of public accounting or industry experience.
- Deep knowledge of tax law, financial reporting, and compliance for small businesses.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and modern financial tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping care-based businesses thrive and a commitment to ethical standards.
- Bonus: Experience with healthcare or care industry clients.
